Caspar Delaney is a senior film and television executive with more than 35 years’ experience across commercial production, branded filmmaking and premium documentary.

He began his career in 1986, becoming a producer at the age of 23, and went on to work at some of the industry’s most respected production companies, including BFCS, The Paul Weiland Film Company, 400 Films and RadicalMedia, where he served as Joint Managing Director in the UK.

In 2005 he was invited to join Ridley Scott Associates, working as an Executive Producer across international campaigns and feature marketing projects. Work produced during this period received a Cannes Grand Prix and a D&AD Gold Award.

He later served as Head of Business Affairs at Ridley Scott Associates, working across the company’s non-scripted division, negotiating complex agreements with international streamers, rights holders and creative talent, and advising on development, rights acquisition and production structures.

Recent projects include Robbie Williams and Surviving Black Hawk Down (Netflix), and Give Me the Ball (ESPN/Disney), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2026.

Alongside his executive career, Caspar served for more than a decade as an elected member of the council of the Advertising Producers Association, contributing to industry policy and participating in negotiations with freelance technicians and union representatives, including ACAS-mediated discussions.

He holds a Law Degree LLB (Hons) from the Open University.
